to report problems and submit support tickets. General questions and inquiries

Reporting an Issue
To submit a new ticket:
Navigate to the Ultinous Support Center.
Select the relevant category.
Describe the issue and the environment. Include the following:
Docker container status
$ docker ps -a
Log lines of the problematic component
$ docker logs <NAME_OF_DOCKER_CONTAINER>
Attach a screenshot if applicable.
Alternatively, an e-mail can be sent to support@ultinous.com
with the same details.
Note: All e-mails sent to
support@ultinous.com
are automatically converted into support tickets.
