Support

For help with resolving an issue regarding UVAP, use the Ultinous Support Center to report problems and submit support tickets. General questions and inquiries can be sent to delivery@ultinous.com.

Reporting an Issue

To submit a new ticket:

  1. Navigate to the Ultinous Support Center.

  2. Select the relevant category.

  3. Describe the issue and the environment. Include the following:

    • Docker container status

      $ docker ps -a
      
    • Log lines of the problematic component

      $ docker logs <NAME_OF_DOCKER_CONTAINER>
      
  4. Attach a screenshot if applicable.

Alternatively, an e-mail can be sent to support@ultinous.com with the same details.

Note: All e-mails sent to support@ultinous.com are automatically converted into support tickets.
